This is a short self-reflection.
I do these every now and then because I want to show what I’m learning.
I have an eclectic background.
I am, therefore, interesting, useful, and not useful at once.
I am proud of my experience.
I have many interests.
Like Wisconsin’s weather, they change often.
I know that makes me difficult to pin down, but I’m not the kind to be pinned down.
I am proud of my curiosity.
I’m learning to talk less. I don’t like hearing myself talk, I just get excited. I’m learning to watch that a bit.
This has been a trying time. Many things have changed, and I’ve seen changes in myself. Change is good if you can use it to help yourself. I’m helping myself.
I find fulfillment writing to you each day. I don’t write this reflection to boast. But to reflect that, like you, I’m also trying to figure out how to do life better.
The best part of being an artisan is: the practice of journeying. We’re not always going to get it right.
But we’ll never stop trying.
